Installation requirements and precautions of transmission sprocket.
1.Select the sprocket model correctly. Installation requirements
2.Check whether the position of the drive sprocket is in good condition, otherwise the relevant parts must be overhauled or replaced.
Install the main and driven sprockets in place according to the correct method, and lock the fasteners to meet the specified torque requirements.
3.After installing the drive chain and adjusting the tightness. Check whether the chain and the sprocket match smoothly, coplanar, and have no interference with the chain cover.
